Attio
LiveOverview
The Attio integration syncs identified companies from RAEK View into your Attio workspace with full enrichment data and lead scores. When RAEK View identifies a company visiting your website, detects a hot lead, or updates a lead score, the corresponding Company record in Attio is created or updated automatically. This keeps your team's CRM data fresh and enriched with real-time visitor intent signals.
What Gets Synced
- Companies synced as Attio Company records
- Full enrichment data: domain, industry, size, location
- RAEK View lead scores as an attribute
- Lead status and intent tier

Troubleshooting
Test connection fails with "401 Unauthorized"
Your API key may be invalid or revoked. Go to Attio > Settings > Developers > API Keys and verify the key is active. If needed, create a new key and update it in RAEK View.
Custom attributes not appearing in Attio
RAEK View creates custom attributes (RAEK View Score, RAEK View Status, etc.) automatically on first sync. Ensure your API key has write permissions. If attributes still do not appear, check that your Attio plan supports custom attributes.
Companies not syncing
Verify the integration shows a green "Connected" badge in RAEK View. Check that your Attio API key has not been revoked and that your workspace has not exceeded its API rate limits.
Duplicate company records
RAEK View deduplicates companies by domain. If existing Attio records do not have a domain set, duplicates may be created. Ensure your existing Company records have their Domains attribute populated.
