Close
LiveOverview
The Close integration creates Leads in your Close CRM when RAEK View identifies companies visiting your website. When a new company is detected or a lead reaches hot status, RAEK View pushes the company data into Close as a Lead so your sales team can start outreach immediately. Enrichment data including industry, company size, and lead score is included with each record.
What Gets Synced
- Companies created as Close Leads
- Company name, domain, and URL
- Industry and employee range
- Lead score as a custom field
- Visitor activity added as notes
- First and last seen timestamps
Supported Events

| lead.hot | Fires when a lead reaches the hot threshold. Creates or updates a Lead in Close with high-priority status and intent data. |

Troubleshooting
Test connection fails with "401 Unauthorized"
Your API key may be invalid or revoked. Go to Close > Settings > API Keys to verify the key is active. If needed, create a new key and update it in RAEK View.
Leads are not being created in Close
Ensure the integration shows a green "Connected" badge in RAEK View Settings > Integrations. Also verify your Close account has not exceeded its API rate limits.
Duplicate leads appearing
RAEK View deduplicates by company domain. If existing Close leads do not have a URL set, duplicates may be created. Ensure existing leads have their URL field populated.
Custom fields not appearing
RAEK View creates custom fields (Industry, Company Size, RAEK View Score) automatically on first sync. Ensure your Close plan supports custom fields and your API key has sufficient permissions.
